The Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development "Open Innovations - 2019" at "Skolkovo" was held in the format of three thematic days - "Digital Man", "Intelligent Economy", "Technologies of the Future". On October 22, a plenary session was held with the participation of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, dedicated to the main challenges of digitalization. Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev emphasized in his speech that over the years the Forum has become a unique international discussion platform that brings together technology entrepreneurs, scientists, leading experts, students, government officials and corporations from different countries and regions.

Over 160 innovative solutions were presented in the exhibition space of the Startup Expo forum. For many startups, Open Innovation has become the first platform for presenting ideas and developments. The co-organizers of the "Open Innovations" Forum are the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Government, the Skolkovo Foundation, RVC, the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, the Innovation Promotion Fund, the State Development Corporation "VEB.RF".

655 representatives of business, science, government, top managers of Russian and international corporations, experts in the field of high technologies, education, and investments became the speakers of Open Innovations. The geography of the forum participants included 102 countries, including Germany, Korea, USA, Japan, Germany, France, Great Britain, Australia, Tunisia. The forum was covered by about 1000 representatives of Russian and foreign media, more than 40 press events were held.
